This notice explains how this public release is designed. It will need a formal legal review and operating contact before full commercial launch.
Data we collect
When you register using Wix Members, Wix processes your email, name, login credentials and account/session information. If you apply to offer services, ScretchIt collects the contact details, service category, city, state, ZIP code and description you provide.
How we use information
We use this information to manage accounts and review provider applications. Applications are not public. A separate administrator-curated public directory may later show approved, opted-in display names, descriptions, category and general service area. We show a verified credential badge only when supported by an actual check.
Location privacy
Current search uses a broad three-digit ZIP region only. We do not track precise live locations. We will not display your street address by default.
Payments and sensitive information
Payment and payout integrations are not live. Do not submit payment card numbers, bank information, SSNs or government IDs through member application forms. Those details, if necessary later, must be collected by a designated secure provider with appropriate disclosures.
Storage and access
Wix provides hosting, authentication and CMS storage for this release. Administrators can view private provider applications. Public directory data can be read by visitors. We need documented retention, deletion, access-request and breach-response procedures before inviting unrestricted production use.
Requests and changes
This is a preliminary notice while the business establishes its formal support and privacy contact. If you need privacy assistance before those channels are established, avoid submitting personal information and do not use the service for sensitive transactions. Future versions will specify a dedicated contact and rights-request process.
